On October 6, 2020, School of  Physics and Electronic Science the school ushered in its annual Alumni Day. of welcomed its annual Alumni Day. Alumni from various walks of life gathered by the Riva river  to , reviewed the glamouring past, and narrate renewed the friendship between teachers and students.

On the Alumni Day, the School of Physics and Electronic Sciencethe school welcomed more than 300 alumni back home. The school set up a volunteer service booth in front of the Siquntang Lawn. Volunteers gave gifts to every returning alumni and welcome every alumnus in the most sincere way.The organizers of the Alumni Day arranged for volunteers to welcome alumni sincerely by handing out leaflets and souvenirs.

The foreman of the alumni liaison of each class took pictures with classmates and teachers on campus.Contact of each class took photos with classmates and teachers on campus with the class flag. After the welcome welcoming ceremony, alumni gathered in their old former classroom and shared their memories with each other.

After the Alumni Day, alumni sent their thanks to the university and the school. Yang xianfen, a member of the class of 1970, said that waving class flags and singing songs 50 years after graduation remind her times in the university. Chen shiwenShiwen, a member of the electromechanical class of 1965, said the 50th anniversary of graduation will be remembered forever and  expressed his gratitude to the organizers of the Alumni dayDay.

Next year, ECNU will celebrate its 70th anniversary. As a platform to connect alumni and alma mater, the Alumni Association will share the success and joy with each alumni. Alumni are welcomed to go home often.
