科研项目
参加了国家重大科学研究计划项目(973 项目)、主持了国家自然科学基金等多项国家与省部级项目以及国家重点实验室开放基金项目。 主持的主要科研项目: 1. 国家自然科学基金项目:光子晶体及表面等离激元对磁偶极辐射的调控规律研究(2022-2025) 2. 国家自然科学基金项目:表面等离激元与半导体微腔的耦合及其对激子极化激元单光子与双光子自发辐射的调控研究(2013-2016)。 3. 国家自然科学基金项目:二维光子晶体中量子点的自发辐射及其瞬态特性研究(2006-2008)。
学术成果
主要从事表面等离激元、光子晶体、半导体微腔、量子点、量子阱及纳米晶等低维半导体材料的制备与特性研究工作。在国内外著名学术刊物发表各类学术论文60多篇‚包括多个国际著名刊物‚如 Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters, Optics Express, J. Phys. D‚ J. of MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems等。申请国家发明专利十余项,已获授权6项。
